A lot of people are the same as us also that speak to and it’s great to be wrong about these things. That and the Hodgson appointment in first place have me eating a large humble pie at the moment.

CB is one of the positions on the pitch where you need all the experience you can get. It worked out just nicely that we had a few injuries early and he could make the position his own.

Might be criticised for saying this but I think it’s time to sell Sakho whilst he still has value. This would free up a high wage. In Tomkins, Cahill, Kelly and Dann we have sufficient cover for the time being and can bring in a younger replacement in the summer. Sakho is on decent strikers money so I know where I would rather spend those wages.
