Yesterday for the first time I purchased a ticket via Twickets. Received the e-ticket late yesterday. What I didn't realise was that you had to print off the ticket. I do not have access to a printer at home, will the box office do this for me or will I have to find somewhere (ie Library) before travelling to the game?

Does it not have a qr code that you can just scan from your phone?

In my Hertha Berlin ticket ( also a printed one) it says at the bottom if you dont have access to a printer go to the box office & request a duplicate ticket --I honestly dont know if that applies to your ticket but maybe its worth phoning the box office at least it will set your mind at rest.

Well if a library is an option, you're reducing the risk of anything going wrong.

Thanks for the help. Apparently do need to print, the club will do this for £3!! Have to go down this route as still cheaper than travelling to local library and paying to park.
So £4 twicket fee and £3 to print soon adds up

I have used just used my phone before and scanned the barcode but better to be safe than sorry I suppose.

It's no different to going to the airport and scanning your boarding card from your phone.
