Great topic, but you're having your list based on the transfermarkt value, which is not the same as the real sum for which a transfer could be made. For example, Udinese will not let Kevin Lasagna go for 7 million, nor will Toronto let Josef Martinez for less than 20. John Cordoba from Koln cost them like 15 million and they will at least want to recoup that (he wouldn't get a work permit either cause he's not in the Colombian national team). Roger Assale is a great shout, Swiss clubs don't sell expensive, Young Boys would sell for 5-10 million, but I don;t know about the work permit again. He's always in the Ivory Coast squad, but rarely plays. The regulations say that players must have featured in over 50% or 75% of their national team's matches, depending on its ranking. Does sitting on the bench count as "figuring"? Chelsea are asking for over 40 for Batshuayi, his brother Leya Iseka is really a great one for he future! Samatta from Genk is valued at 15, but they're actually just demanding 10 and might actually sell for 9! Luis Muriel was just bought for 15, so no chance of moving again this summer, Adam Ljajic just bought by Besiktas (it would have bee a great Palace move had someone in the board thought of it!, really talented player), the Chinese won't sell Alex Teixeira cheap, Roma won't sell Justin Kluivert, Benfica are asking a lot for Zivkovic, Maxwell Cornet is expensive too (I'd rather have Traore from Lyon for that money, same position), also too expensive is Alain Saint Maximin, Marcus Tavernier is a good shout of a home grown young player. Others are young and wouldn't make a difference for Palace, could develop well though. Quagliarella is too old. I don't know who Marcus Maddison is ))

I made a topic the other days with some great deals missed: [Link] Great deals still left?? Center forwards: Samatta (26 yo, Belgian champions)-9-10 million- many interested
Berghuis (26 yo, Feyenoord)- 9-10 million- PSV to pay in the coming days
Konoplyanka (29 yo, Schalke, Ukraine national team member)- 3 million- close to Fenerbahce with 3 million annual salary Central midfielder: Holtby (28 yo, Germany)-free Attacking midfielder: Kagawa (28 yo, Borussia)- 2-3 million- going to Besiktas if doen't find a team in a Top 5 league. Had a PL work permit, I wonder if that is still on the table if he'd come here. if a player leaves then comes back to the premier league, does he need work permit again? Can anyone clear up this? Defensive midfielder: Johannes Geis (25 yo, FC Koln)- free Right back: Mama Balde (23 yo, Ligue 1, Guineea-Bissau-Portuguese)- 2 million Left back: Fabio Coentrao (30 yo, Portugal)-free Center back: Zambrano (30 yo, Dynamo Kiev, formerly Bundesliga, Peru national team player)- 1-2 million Goalkeeper: Edited by mattteo (21 Jul 2019 5.07am)

Only from Bayern's second team ) I'd go to the places where the above mentioned players are from: France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, MLS etc. I gave examples of players who cost little and offer more than wingers from England (cause prices here are waay inflated). Let's just say that all the above right footed wingers are just as good as 15-million Ollie Watkins from the Championship.

Just want to add Andre Schurrle to the above list, who I forgot about, and who is available for 6-7 million from Borussia Dortmund. Was here in the PL last year and didn;t do bad at all considering the team he was in, Fulham. Their offensive actually worked pretty well, but they were horrible defensively. Schurrle did his best in the first half of the season, but once it became apparent they were going down and he wasn't going to stay permanently, he didn't play that much more.
Just 28 years old, we've known him for a lifetime. World Cup champion, one of the best scorer in the history of their national team. Chelsea, Wolfsburg and Borussia paid tons of money for his services. I think he could do quite well here, linking up with Zaha and Townsend.
No big injuries, only 28, good price, salary would be around 70-100 a week. But on a 3 year contract, it would be worth it.

A very good winger for this money. Can play anywhere up front: left wing, second striker, right wing, center forward. Just 28 years old, we've known him for a lifetime. Not sure that is the sort of attitude we want from a player

Managers understood his situation, there was really no bad blood. They actually thanked Schurrle for what he did for the club while he was here.

Matteo has excellent suggestions. I have to say I find it extremely annoying that I suspect the club haven't looked at any of them. We still seem to be chasing last year's transfers, this year.
