Wish there was a 'like' facility.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

The last time I set foot into this particular alehouse was many a moon ago, when the manager was a large gentleman with a beard whom I heard has sadly passed away.

Used to frequent the Goat House and Ship on a few occasions but they don't exist any more.

190 from Old Coulsdon to Thorton Heath, walk up to SP. Pop into the Railway Telegraph for a few on the way back - the Youngs was nectar, better than nectar.

Sadly the beautiful taste that was Young's Special is no more. It's become bland and is now brewed in Burton.

Unfortunately he met a gruesome end when an aneurism exploded.

Youngs Ordinary was my preference. Anyway, is it not now brewed in Bedford by Charles Wells?

But you are right, both are pale imitations of the true Wandsworth brew.

There was no real ale in my area, both the Tudor Rose and the Fox were Charrington fizz pubs. So always happy to get some Youngs or Fullers.
