On the subject of players from the Netherlands, Ajax youngsters Vaclav Cerny (21 yo) and Che Nunnely (20 yo) are finishing their contracts on the 30 of June and don't really have prospects of making the Ajax first team (or they do, but not as starters). They would welcome a higher salary and a chance to play in England. Get them, loan them to the Championship and in 1-2 years time, you might have a 15 million player ready to come in.

Also, some good options from the Netherlands are Andre Vidigal at just 20 yo from lowly Fortuna Sittard, but very talented (when you look at West Ham's second team and see they've already brought in similar players like Xande Silva and Mesaque Dju, you know they have a future) and Alkmaar's Gudmundsson (21 yo), though he would require a fee of about 2,5 million.
