Jess Baker’s season summary

I think Jess has seen this season through rose pink glasses. It is true that we managed to cobble together some good away points, largely thanks to Wilf and the captain, however we spent most of the season in the drop zone. With Wilf and Benteke probably going we will find out whether the management team, I have criticized most of the season, can bring in a good mix of experienced and younger players.

You're brave, you do realise that an objective summary of the season is sacrilege on here? I haven't read the article as I saw the tagline and f***ed it off. Built on last season ffs? Never going to be a balanced piece. Bit like the season review which had the headline (I'm paraphrasing): Anyone who is unhappy with this season's football dirge is a c***. Each to their own, good for them writing these articles. Just not for me.

Yeah this is literally the first season since promotion that we didn't enter the drop zone once.
