He had a fairly decent record in Sweden (which doesn't mean a lot) and a decent second half of the season with Swansea. Whether one season, finishing mid-table, in the Championship is a qualification for managing a nearly-relegated PL club is another question. Hopefully he's like Hughton; good in the Championship, but finds the PL a bit too challenging.

Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing!

I hope he has a bit of a dig at us or something as soon as possible so I can dislike him, it didn’t seem right the weed having a decent bloke in charge who I liked

You say that but there's a certain manager who has dined out on that being on their CV for 30 odd years...

and having a proven track record in the PL over numerous years, but hey...dont let facts get in the way of a good old fashioned ill-informed opinion.

Wahey, here she is! Sorry Mrs Hodgson.

Fun fact as you like them so much:

A third of his total managerial wins to date were with Malmo 30 years ago.

Don't let this or his tournament record with England, league record with Liverpool or our home form penetrate the old Rosey tints and help inform your opinion x

P.S. Harry Kane on Corners.

Being Brighton, he's more likely to be related to Pansy. (Do any HOLers of a certain age recall Pansy Potter?)

You are on the wind up so hard it’s quite sweet really. Good luck to you if that’s how you like to spend your days.
