Did it drive across Holmesdale road at the Clifton pub crossroads?

It’s usually women who turn up there in their cars after full time, won’t wait for the crowds to disperse or wait for an opening and p1ss everyone off with their hand on the horn, edging into people. They really think several thousand people that won’t fit on the pavement will just stop and arrange themselves to let them through. You also get idiots who get aggressive on Holmesdale road before the game. Often local young men.

Even better is when you do drive and there’s a driver in a side street who can’t judge the width of his car and won’t move his body to look so holds sometimes both sides of the road up.

I heard a lot of honking (more than the usual as people have stated).

My biggest annoyance with it is I do actually drive to Palace and I do it knowing that the fans in the road take priority and I can either be patient or get a train instead but these people give us a bad name.

One time I was driving to get to the main road after a game and people were a bit more annoyed than usual so I guess we lost?

Anyway I did my usual smile and signal that literally as many fans as necessary can walk in front of the car and sometimes I've waited 10 minutes never getting frustrated when one Palace fan kicked my car and started shouting I shouldn't bloody drive during that time.

Was infuriating because of the amount of times I've seen these angry locals show no respect and toot and try and run people over and get nothing and me just sitting there in my Palace shirt gets my car kicked and a load of abuse.

Just going by what people were saying in the Cherrys but apparently it was Allardyce. Disgusting if true.

Someone was saying that he was giving two fingers up to a young fan in a palace shirt. No need for that.

Sounds more likely that it’s Neil Ruddock. Is that cvnt skint yet?

Can't really imagine Allardyce going to the match in a van!

According to people on Twitter who witnessed this the driver was a black guy who had a lisp so definitely not Big Sam. It was a works van and apparently the police and his employer have already been notified as to what happened

I did not see this happen but a few times recently drivers have forced their way across the roundabout by the Clifton. We can all rush around a bit these days but what the hell are they thinking. Perhaps the police could hold the traffic for 10 mins , the car won’t get far before another hold up anyway.
