Never has the term "cutting your nose off the spite your face" been more apt. Never really understood the hype. A tubby gypsy who can can ping the occasional inappropriate glory ball when a much simpler pass was on and isn't adverse to putting in a dirty challenge. Like a low rent Stevie G in worse shape.

Let him go there - he plays brilliantly from time to time and has a great ability but it rarely shows.

Absolutely despise this guy and think he's one of the most overrated players ever, which is saying something as he isn't even rated particularly highly. Most of the centre backs we've had can play the Hollywood balls he tries to play and aren't a liability like he is. Offers nothing of value.
