He certainly seems to work harder than Benteke when he plays. Whether he is right for us is another matter. Would we have the patience to play him whilst he gets his confidence back?

Unlike some I made it clear I didn’t claim to know whether he is right for us, or up to the task, let alone how much he’d cost or what his wages would be.

He would be a very good player for us. He really needs to be played from the start. At Southampton he wasnt used from the start like he should have been. When he came on off the bench he would score. Has played 60 matches for Southampton started 29 sub 42 goals 12
73 matches started 28 sub 65 goals 23

73 matches started 28 sub 65 goals 23 Not questioning the figures, other than for my own understanding, but shouldn’t the total number of matches equal the number of games started plus the number as a sub?

As far as manila Gabbiadini is concerned, I think he would be great. I think we were interested before he came to Southampton. As for Marco Gabbiadini, he runs a b&b in York now.
