I can't remember any of TEAM TALK transfer rumors concerning Palace players ever happening, hope this one doesn't as well, i think Wickham is a better player if he can stay fit of course, but signs are good so far.

The story makes no sense. Boro need a striker, so they are getting Wickham from us. Palace need a striker, so we're getting Assombalonga from them. What am I missing here? Based on the few minutes he's played, I'd rather keep Wickham. Granted, he likely won't score a goal before getting injured. But we have Benteke coming back who also won't score a goal. We have great depth in terms of guys who can't score. I think Assombalonga and Solanke could add to that depth.

I think Wickham will score goals if he stays fit and gets match sharp. He is quality in my opinion.
