Emmanuel Macron says we need a European army to defend against the US and the usual suspects......I remember Nick Clegg calling those who raised this as saying 'a lie' calling it a 'dangerous fantasy'. They have been lying to us about this for decades. The insult to the US is a disgrace.....The US helped rebuild Europe after WW2 and they have hundreds of thousands of their war dead in our fields. They have been lying to us about this for decades.

The insult to the US is a disgrace.....The US helped rebuild Europe after WW2 and they have hundreds of thousands of their war dead in our fields.

You mean the overseas military bases we needed to counteract the soviet union during the cold war.

And the Marshal plan money helped rebuild countless homes for the working class after the war and all over Europe....so stop spreading lies.

It wasn't just for building the military bases we needed.....not by a giant way at all.

Can I see some evidence for this.

The US intervened on Britain's side in WW1 to the cost of thousands of lives. I'd like to see where you get this from.
