Unless age has caught up with GGG or he gets robbed again , I can’t see him not winning.
Canelo is a top fighter , but not sure how his newly slimmer neck will take the power punches.
Not just the steroids, but triple G is just a more likeable fella.
I read the other day that he’s had 400 fights and never been put down. Think he will stalk Alvarez , cut the ring off and break him down, I’m going late stoppage or majority decision.
Top fight. Can’t wait.

Very hard to pick, with the failed drug test you would think Canelo is going to be clean coming into this fight, but then you remember how corrupt the sport is (Roy jones Jnr failing a drug test and receives no punishment, Floyd mayweather using Illegal Ivs in the Manny fight). I think GGG will attack the body more and actually cut the ring off this time. But then again, the lighter Canello is the better boxer, and now knows the power he is dealing with so that goes in his favour for a points win. Gonna be a quality fight just hope theres no robbery.

Biggest fight of 2018.

Agree, GGG should have got the nod last time. Hoping he wins although at 34 or 35 I guess there's a chance he may have slowed.

That doesn't surprise me. Mayweather is a prisoner of his ego.

He can't stand to be out of the limelight.

In the ring he's Floyd Mayweather, outside of the ring he's just another rich pr@ck ex fighter who is no longer relavant

I thought Golovkin won the fight as he did the first.
Canelo looked tired and vulnerable in the later rounds after winning the early part of the fight.

I'm a big 3G fan but I'm ok with Saul getting the decision.

It was close but I had it one round to Saul...lots of close rounds but Saul didn't run and I respected that....I would have been fine with a draw and I.....wouldn't have complained with a 3G victory....but that's my bias.

But come on.....no one gets a points victory over Canelo in Vegas.

That is the unfortunate reality. That is why the top British fighters have an advantage because they can fight here and still make lots of money. Us Brits love our boxing.

Very true.

Watching the post fight press conferences it seems that 3G wants another fight.

Isn't he rich enough? I know.....I'm being naive.

Personally I think the 3G of five years ago beats Canelo.....but not today's version.

Surely it's better to take a gimme win somewhere and retire with only one defeat.....knowing that you edged the first Canelo fight even if they scored it a draw.

Then again, if someone says here is five million to get beaten up via boxing gloves.....you're going to not only take it...you're going to sing dixie five ways to Tuesday to get it.

Doesn't mean you should though.

That would be normal being the champion.....however, Canelo is always the A side in these negotiations because he brings the money.

I think if a rematch clause were there that would have been stated by now.

GGG got approx 22 mill for the first fight and this one was a guaranteed 15 mill plus the PPV share, so he's probably earned north of 25 mill this time.

I don't think 5 mill would cut it for part 3.

A Goldenboy promotion in Vegas that doesn't end in a KO, normally means his fighter is winning. Even the dates for his fights are all about Mexico.
