On paper we should win comfortably. On paper...
We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold... |

What a depressingly dreadful line-up we have put out. Hey Parish, hey Roy we've won absolutely no major silverware in the long history of this football club. One of the best things about being in the top-flight is the opportunity to win a League Cup, so take it bloody seriously. My team: Spanish 'keeper. AWB Kelly MS PVA Leicester lad WHU fellah German newbie Townsend CB Sorloth

I did wonder if Inniss would get a game in view of the injuries

Their centre backs are kids. Sorloth has to bully them here.

To be honest, I think it's a pretty strong line-up given we'd be mad to be risking Sakho or Zaha picking up an injury. I'm excited to see Meyer and Kouyate in action, plus Meyer and Williams looked to be linking up well in training. With AWB getting a rest he should enjoy tonight too. Hopefully Kaikai is rewarded with a decent appearance after his preseason form.
