Upskirting – the taking of surreptitious, sexually intrusive photographs – is to become a specific criminal offence punishable by up to two years in prison. This is a ridiculously harsh maximum punishment for this offence. This is something that is mostly the domain of immature teenage boys who require a reprimand, not a criminal record. More evidence of the emasculation of society.

I've not read anything about it but the press seem to be obsessed with upskirt photos. They love nothing better than positioning a photographer at the bottom of the stairs so that they can get a glimpse of the underwear of some B list celeb (no underwear is even better so that can be all disgusted). The harsh maximum sentence is presumably reserved for persistent offenders and hardly evidence of emasculation.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

I agree, you are right to point this out.....there's hypocrisy here in how media views attractive females. I also agree that, like most maximums it's reserved for the very worse......Still, two years suggests that we are actually going to be sending immature 16 year olds away for being pillocks. To me there seems to be very little common sense and it's just pandering to activist feminism. Edited by Stirlingsays (15 Jun 2018 11.12am)

I've actually heard a conversation between feminists who want this to be made into a criminal offence. If there's one thing that activist feminists have taught me it's that they will keep pushing......and there are plenty of beta male orbiters wanting to white knight for them.
