How are we loyal fans going to be 'screwed' with all these different packages next season...as I see that Amazon has now joined the mix....
Here since 81...(LAST CENTURY !!).. x-Dunraven School, early 1960.... Palace 'nut' since 58.... |

This is all getting stupid now, for me it would cost... £ 30.00 per month for Sky Sports HD packages £ 70+ a month to be able to watch all PL games. Oh and Sky Sports have lost their Spanish Football to Eleven Sports (whoever they are) from next season so won't be watching any of that anymore either!

Yes but was brought in to promote competition so Sky wouldn't dominate the market. OK its costs a lot more money as you say and its bl**dy inconvenient but hooray for the politician who came up with this one.

Get IPTV. About £5 a month and every game of the season. No point paying stupid money when Palace don't get many live games anyway.

You forgot your TV licence costs, so another £12-13 per month. Eleven Sports don't even have a UK channel yet, and might not have one at all. The t*** who owns Leeds owns it.

Surely you should be able to buy a season ticket package direct from the Premier league. Who in turn can divvy out that fee accordingly?

I see you are a Palace season ticket holder so when we are at home & where you live it looks like you miss any TV matches before & after the Palace one, so less value for what you pay. Do you watch only PL ones? perhaps Champions league as well. Also what other sports do you watch on Sky & BT? What I'm getting at is how many matches do you end up watching & how interested are you in watching other sports. Do the dreaded thing & dump the bundles that have Sky Sports & BT Sports on them. For me MOTD and listening to matches on the internet is no problem. What I miss most for football matches is obviously Palace ones (away as I go to home ones) & the playoffs (as they are more meaningful). Here is a link to a POD from 'The Sound of Football' talking about live football on TV. I would recommend listening to their PODS.
The pyramid to beat all pyramids!! Find out what team is in which division, eg which division is Coppull United in? |

Amazon Firestick. Otherwise, illegally source... unless its Palace on the telly... in which case... go to the pub.
