If you thought Bournemouth was small and bringing down the Premier League average attendance, I wonder what this lot will do to La Liga's average?

Huesca have been promoted to La Liga for the first time in their history.

The ground, Estadio El Alcoraz holds 5,500!

And that's on top of Eibar who stayed up with their 7,000 capacity ground and also losing Deportivo and Malaga who both had mid sized grounds for the league.

Leeds player Samuel Saiz was signed from Huesca by former Leeds manager Thomas Christiansen.

Pretty much, except that would be comparable to the 2nd smallest ground of Eibar.

They would be more like Egham FC in the Isthmian League South Central, which is the 8th tier of league football rather then the 1st tier.

Spal in 'Serie A' only have a capacity of 8,500.

Top French team Monaco has a stadium which only holds around 18,500 and only half fill it.

They did when they were a Serie B club but it expanded to 13,000 when promoted and it's going up again to 16,000 in the summer.

Monaco are in the French league but they're not a French team, they are Monegasque. A bit like Cardiff and Swansea aren't English teams.

Highlights the lack of competition in European leagues outside of the elite few.

Woking have a capacity of 6,000 in the conference south. The English league system is great.

If they get 9,000, that is around a quarter of the population of Monaco.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Yes this is right.

I suspect some people who are not that 'Au Fait' with certain aspects of football might view this side with a large stadium and a large crowd but this certainly isn't the case.
