How this dim sh1t gets away with manslaughter I do not know. She will get to resume her life after a few years....especially with good behaviour. No justice has been done here. Edited by Stirlingsays (17 May 2018 6.34pm)

I'm assuming this is the acid bitch? Hopefully she'll still get at least 20 years as that Arthur Collins bloke got. And that should effectively be a death sentence for her. Edited by Stuk (17 May 2018 6.58pm)

I think there is definitely a case for sentencing based on outcome rather than intention in certain situations. This could well be one of them.

12 years. Should've been double that.

Evil woman however I would have agreed with the jury. It is clear she planned and intended to cause him great harm however his death was ultimately his choice. Murder was not a foreseeable consequence of her actions. That said I would have found her guilty of manslaughter. Not sure was she not charged with that as her actions did lead to his death. Either way 12 years for what she did was way too light but I am not sure what the judge could have given her.
