I'm meeting a friend at the game tomorrow who wants to cycle to the ground, does any know if Selhurst has a dedicated bicycle parking to lock up? . It's not something I have ever looked out for before but would be really helpful to know if we have one. Thanks.

Might be better off locking it up at Selhurst Station and walking from there.

If I recall they have a bike lock up stand ourside the station towards Selhurst

Similar question... has anyone ever taken a small suitcase to the game (like a carry on size)? I’m coming straight down from Manchester from work on Sunday morning and won’t have time to get home to drop it off. Thoughts or experiences?

Thanks in advance!

You might as well chain it to benteke hes about as mobile as a bike rack on a morris minor.

I cycled to selhurst once a few seasons ago and locked my bike in the car park at the ground opposite sainsbury's.

Isn't there a left luggage place on the concourse at the back of the main stand, just to the right of the Fanzone?

As aleready mentioned, there is a luggage drop off at entrance 9. Here's a link to everything anyone needs to know:

Over cycled a few times. There's portocabins at entrance at bottom of holmesdale with a rail you can lock it too, or lock it to a lamp post st top of holmesdale, never had any problems.

I either lock mine to the street sign on the corner of Park Road and Holmesdale Road. It's not in the way there and there's always a couple of police so I'm never worried about it getting damaged.

Or sometimes outside Sainsburys.

I usually lock my bike to fence near the end of Tennyson Road.

There really should be dedicated cycle parking at Selhurst. It wouldn't cost much or use much room. They should be encouraging people to cycle to games as it reduces congestion and pollution and keeps people fit.
