No sports minister will have the balls (I know she's a woman) to reverse the Taylor report, ever.

I did say this wouldn't happen due to the legislation.

Just consider that if Hillsborough had been an all seater 96 people would not have died.

Nobody would have died without the concentration camp security fences and inept policing and management. To blame this on standing is to still blame the supporters - as the government always has.

I did not blame anyone at all just stated a fact that if it had been an all seat stadium no one would have died.

At most Premier League matches, the away end is usually sold out.

90% of people stand.

If you want to sit and watch the game, unless you have been lucky and got a seat in row 1 or 2, you cannot see, so are forced to stand.

And the people standing are doing so with nothing to stop them if someone behind them falls into them, for example after a goal.

Incredible decision to not allow it in the Prem and Championship, yet it is allowed in L1 and L2. Illogical even.

So next season Sunderland (assuming they go down) could have it for example

There is absolutely no way to prove that either way.

You could also state that with no Liverpool fans attending then no one would have died. Or, if Liverpool fans had been prevented from going into the middle terrace, no one would have died. If no one had opened the gate then no one would have died. If the match had been played elsewhere then no one would have died.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Simplification at it's best. And had it been an all seater with "free seating" or had the culture in the away end been, as I have witnessed many times, that it was considered to be free seating it could still have happened due to bad policing and stewarding.

You are missing the point entirely. Had it been all seat stadium then the match would have been all ticket so only the required number of tickets would have been sold ie 2000 seats only 2000 people, one per seat and no rush of fans into the Leppings Lane stand to cause a crush. Same as Selhurst Park today one ticket per seat and when all have been sold that's it, no more fans allowed in.

So how many people have been crushed to death since all seat stadiums have been the law??
