Moving to Slovakia Permanently - a little help

A couple of years ago I posted on here about me moving to Slovakia for the Winter season after the death of my Girlfriend, I was pretty broken at the time & honestly had no clue what I was going to do short of just getting away. Since then things have taken an enormous turn for the better, whilst in Slovakia I would eventually meet someone I love very much & we now live together in Croydon. We are making the move to Slovakia permanent & plan on running our own ski/snowboard chalet. The plan was to do all of this next year but I am being made redundant so we have decided to push ahead with plans this year. Were a little short of the full on 20% deposit for the mortgage so were asking for a little financial help, even a couple of pounds will go a long way & we would be super grateful for anything you can spare. To make it a bit more of a worthwhile investment anyone who can stump up £50 or more I'll take £80 off your first stay with us. (it will usually be £180, £100 for a weeks accommodation in the mountains I am sure you'll agree is a stupidly good deal) Were hoping to have the Chalet open from December 2018. A couple of years ago I posted on here about me moving to Slovakia for the Winter season after the death of my Girlfriend, I was pretty broken at the time & honestly had no clue what I was going to do short of just getting away.
Since then things have taken an enormous turn for the better, whilst in Slovakia I would eventually meet someone I love very much & we now live together in Croydon.

We are making the move to Slovakia permanent & plan on running our own ski/snowboard chalet.
The plan was to do all of this next year but I am being made redundant so we have decided to push ahead with plans this year.

Were a little short of the full on 20% deposit for the mortgage so were asking for a little financial help, even a couple of pounds will go a long way & we would be super grateful for anything you can spare.

To make it a bit more of a worthwhile investment anyone who can stump up £50 or more I'll take £80 off your first stay with us. (it will usually be £180, £100 for a weeks accommodation in the mountains I am sure you'll agree is a stupidly good deal)

I'm looking to go out for a few beers this weekend and am a little short of cash.

If anyone could help me out at all, even a couple of pounds will go a long way & I would be super grateful for anything you can spare.

My advise would be to try crowdfunding. You would however need to give away equity.

When I read the penultimate paragraph I thought what a cheeky fvcker, he obviously knows he stands no hope on here so what's the joke or reference to something or someone else. It turns out it's a good deal and promotion for someone who may fancy that, something similar to that or just something different.

I guess we have different views on what constitutes a good deal.

Paying a stranger with my hard earned money who may or may not buy and open a ski lodge which i would never go to but if I did I would receive an £80 discount is not my idea of a good deal.

As a property developer I fund my developments through a variety of methods, commercial,residential and bridging mortgages. These require financial forecasts and a track record. Neither supplied by Dan.

Like I say, I wish Dan the very best of luck and I look forward to seeing how much you will be giving him Rudi.

Property price is 150,000 euro for a 7 bed house in liptovsky mikulas. it's 25 minutes drive from the Gondola at lucky. I'm looking to get 4 people to a room (6 rooms) at £180 per person. The winter season is 4 months long & will be marketed to British skiers & snowboarders. Summer season will be tougher to fill but the girlfriend is fluent in 5 different languages, we have two quality DH Mountain bike centres (with uplift) no more than 30 mins away, I am a qualified cycle mechanic & have been managing bike shops on & off for nearly 20 years so I would run an MTB service centre & offer guiding on the mountain. we would be marketing the chalet in the summer to Czechs, Ukrainians, poles & Russians, it would be difficult to get Brit riders out to slovakia when you have world class MTB facilities in France. The hope is to fill the chalet for 8 months of the year. There is some fantastic carp & zander fishing to be had on liptovska Mara, hiking, climbing, mountain trikes, camping,wildlife, canoeing, rafting natural hot spas that bubble out the ground all over the place. It's an incredible place to spend a week. Changeover day is on Saturdays, I would drop off/pickup guests from poprad airport (30 minutes drive) a quick stop at Tesco for guests to get a few essentials & then back to the chalet, I would then drive people into town of an evening. I have been visiting Slovakia for the past 15 years & my gf is a liptovsky mikulas resident. I know what I'm talking about. The mountains are calling & I must go.

It’s not £100 for a weeks accommodation though, as they would have already paid £50 , it would be £150.
