I think everybody blames Alan Pardew but what about the chairman and directors or the American’s who probably know very little about ‘soccer’! They cashed in theses players for a pittance and there have been no like for like or like for better. We had 2 proven goal scorers for the bench. Or starting together in a 2 up front.

..and both find the net today as we hover in and out of the relegation zone on bbc's live update table. We are a badly ran club,Transfers,Injuries are far worse than any other bottom half club.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but many will say "I told you so!" And rightly - both have the ability, Pardewed....

certainly Muzza was always about guile and sly tactics. His lack of pace never mattered. So considering him 'broken goods' was always madness.

Gayle scores 28 goals since September 16. Murray scores again. Of course I forgot Benteke has scored twice this season - and one was a penalty. That’s alright then. Thanks AP. If for no other reason I would like to see WBA go down!

Always remembering walking from the Holmesdale to the Whitehorse end at half time!

Gayle has just scored again.

I've always maintained that we never should have let Gayle go. He always put in a shift for palace. He would have been perfect running off of Benteke's flick ons.

You should check Gayle's goals per mins played vs Benteke. Make yer eyes water.

I wouldn't blame Pardew overly - the chairman appointed him / fell for his BS / had grand ideas way above what was possible - fact is we should have been down last season, only three incredible results kept us up, and frankly nothing has been learned this season. Probably going down, with a nice new stadium to wait for.

as i type WBA are losing. So probably looking at another Pardew specialist telly interview. Its probably the fault of the weather/the turf/Southern Rail that the team he manages lost again.

Totally agree,Pardew made many very bad decisions including the sale of Murray and Gayle.
Newcastle are up to 10th,Albion 12th while we are slipping and sliding on a downward spiral, or so it seems.
Any points tomorrow??
I don't think so.
