It's odd that Sky have decided to crowbar a woman in to almost every live match coverage, yet it's the first season that Soccer AM hasn't had a female onscreen. It's fine when they host it like Kelly Cates does, but Steph Houghton being a pundit in a men's game was irrelevant as she could offer no insight or experience of playing for or against either team, nor anyone who was playing in it. Funnily enough the drill on Soccer AM this week was 3 Chelsea women pros versus 2 ex-footballers and a presenter, the women got beaten easily.
