I will rely on our Scottish contingent to let us know about him. Perhaps our connection with Dundee (Jules) may come into play.

Celtic outmatched by the two PL 'big hitters' Palace and Bournemouth. Poor little Celtic.

Not sure the Scottish league is worth looking in, but he may turn out alright. Still think we should go for Dembele while we are up there, they can carpool down to save petrol.

Someone should have phoned them up by now and told them it was English for "muwyin". Seriously though it's surprising that £1.5m is off the scale for them when Virgil van Dyck costs £75m and promptly chucks two points away with a s*** clearance.

I work with a Dundee fan, when I mentioned interest from Palace in one of their players, his response was... “oh no, it’s not Jack Hendry is it”. He was gutted as he is rated very highly, he thinks this would be an excellent signing for palace. He said that he’s a big lad for his age, powerful but a good ball player that would be comfortable anywhere on the pitch.

Seem to recall our last signing from Dundee didn't do too bad, some kid keeper called Julien Spegetti (Or something like that)

Maybe you would be happier if we spent £10m on him. Does the value make anyone a better player?

I like the feel of this transfer activity. It feels like we are working on getting some depth into the squad. We may be uncovering some diamonds.

For now we have to trust Dougie/Roy/Parish only time will tell if these are good buys. I am not a fan of "Hollywood" transfers we are Palace. We need a sensible transfer policy with the occasional star signing. Remember the money Leeds United wasted on so called star signings and where are they now. So for now so far so good now onto to a keeper and a striker Edited by Badger11 (24 Jan 2018 2.46pm)
