No dairy industry in 5 - 10 years time

says dairy industry award winner if people continue to choose alternatives. I hope that she's right but not because I want dairy farmers to suffer but because i want to live in a world where they can find viable alternatives to support themselves which cause no cruelty to animals.

Well that's their challenge then isn't it, to adapt, find viable alternatives. But I can't see milk especially and cheeses being much less in demand. Eating dead animals is harmful to physical and mental health I think that's how people are feeling.

Dairy will continue to be around for a long time. This whole thing about animal cruelty is rubbish think of it this way if we no longer have use for these animals because he wont be eating anything they produce then we no longer have any need for them so they will disappear. so what is better to use the animals keep breeding and feeding them or just say well bye bye no use for you let them all die out. So many of these people that claim about poor animals so on will happy kill things like rats which can be nice pets. So you are claiming to look after animals is cheap no animals cost more then humans to look after. the mass amount of these animals are only around due to we breed them to use other wise they would just die out anyway Edited by grumpymort (22 Jan 2018 7.42pm)
