1-1 Murray for them, Kai Kai for us and a replay no-one wants, especially the boys in blue

An extremely tedious draw seems likely, with this particular 'derby' not being shown again on TV for a very long while, unless their third 11 turns out to be better than ours. Our whole approach to this game suggests a win for us is extremely unlikely.

Bexley Dave

Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing!

Terrible journey, followed by a drab game 0-0

Back to ours for a replay, comfortable 2-0 win.

I had us to be above them in the league by the time this cup game was to be played, nearly got it right....

Unfortunately, a game neither team really wants. Let Brighton have it unless our U23s fancy a run in the FA Cup?

It’ll take more than a goal against Weed’s under 23’s for that!

No idea, seeing as both sides will be playing unfamiliar teams. Unless our attacking options from the U23s are particularly lively, I can't see us being very effective in attack without our usual providers.

2-0 to the weed third string against the Palace kids.

Cue a few months of crowing before they get relegated.

As I get older I realise the FA Cup is only for those teams who usually win things and have the monopoly of the best players and in spades. So every year the usual suspects win.
I suspect if Woy could play Punchy even on crutches he would, to save the team for the more important job of staying up. Let's hope the team's toss a coin in privacy before the game, give us a show and move on with little expense of energy.
1-0 either way and who cares?

Anything will be better than a draw. This season the FA cup is an unwelcome distraction
