I didnt know this, but I looked at the Tory donor list and apparently West Ham Utd FC are a major donor, not the chairman, but the actual club itself... I suppose they need to say thank you for their bargain stadium but did anyone else know about this? It kind of goes against that the fans claim they are. Im not sure how I feel about this, being a leftie its amused me that the "Salt of the earth cockneys" are Tory supporters but I doubt any of them know that! Like I said, it was such a wierd thing to find out that I had to tell you about it!

Explain ? Really?! That said, they're probably less left wing than Dulwich Hamlet, or Arsenal despite the traditional East End working class contingent. This would be a great bit of research if we could gather the data actually.

Most working class people want more than a council flat a whippet & two weeks in some Spanish s*** hole like Magaluf or the likes of.

If your understanding on politics is so basic to belive working class should vote Labour and the rich should vote Tory, then you shouldn't even have a vote and you're exactly whats wrong with politics in the country.

Any proof behind your suggestion? Edit. I believe the extortionate rent part, it was the second clause I take issue with. Edited by nickgusset (23 Dec 2017 12.14am)
