Things do seem to be turning our way.....but we’ve GOT to find a way to scoring more goals.

Plus which Wet Spam have played the new manager card and drawn a turkey. Swansea will probably go for Pulis but the problem there isn't the manager - it's the fact that they sold Gylfi and Llorente, didn't replace them, and brought in that Sanchez character who has turned out to be a dud. They probably have little funds for the coming window. In any case it's not even impossible to stay up if you're bottom on Christmas Day - it's happened twice, West Brom years ago at our expense and Leicester the other year, when they looked dead and buried even in March and not only got out of it but won the thing the following year.

this. Plus Pardew going back into criticising players and demoralising them. Fantastic news.

West Ham do have a good squad but I think they're screwed - does anyone in the world have any belief that Moyes can revive them (Moyes included)? Huddersfield will be concerned with their form, Bournemouth are under pressue, and I can see both Swansea and Stoke sacking their managers before too long. Let's hope Pulis doesn't make a return this season.

I was only saying tonight that I have envisaged Huddersfield plunging down the table in the New Year after a promising start in the manner of Blackpool and Hull.
