What has removing a thread got to do with democracy?

well i thought people who gave there lives did so to leave a better place for the people left behind, and that would surely be democratic,,,we always hear of dictatorships being the bad guys,,,so to take down a thread today is undemocratic i think, freedom of speech etc!

Fans' sites have a moral and ethical obligation to not promote illegal activities - in particular football violence. Doesn't really matter if people want to read about it or even if they want to do it. You are welcome to come to Eyre Sq, Galway in the early hours of any weekend morning and you can get your fill of violence there (and in plenty of other places I'm sure).

People who think social media and online forums are 'democracies'!

First game: FA cup third round replay, 27/01/1970 Crystal Palace 1 Tottenham Hotspur 0. Down the front of the Arthur with the other kids, Jimmy Greaves stood just in front of me to take a throw in. Totally smitten - Palace forever.

Again free speech, discussion, about such taboo topics like illegal activities and whoa and behold football violence on a football forum is a moral and ethical obligation for HOL?
