I trust that a glass or two of sherry will be raised in the Mr and Mrs Willo household, to mark the occasion.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

I have to say I let out a parp of ridicule on reading this post.

I have been a fervent supporter of our club since the 60s and any suggestion that I have any allegiance to Brighton is hogwash in the extreme. They are anathema to me.

My challenge will be to be able to get on a Brighton bound train after the game - the Police don't cater for Palace fans living behind enemy lines

That tends to happen with age

I haven't yet decide on the mode of transport I will use.

I am led to believe that getting away from the ground in a car can be a bit of a nightmare.
By train I would have to use Brighton rail station in the centre and then somehow get to/from the darned AMEX.
My journey from my local station to/from Brighton station is approx 30 mins.

I see you turning up in a vintage car, dressed in a deer stalker hat, plus twos and a velvet blazer with a monocle, a bit like mr Toad from wind in the willows.

No offence intended
