Why is it I try and stay away from here but get drawn in to see all these posts saying the world is going to end for Palace, one forward blah blah blah, Steve Parrishs fault blah blah blah, crap players, going down etc. Majority of the posts from relatively newbie posters since we made the loadsofmoneyleague just Get used to it the bubble is likely to burst at some time. The awful seasons far outnumber the bloody good seasons especially if you have seen the cr@p served up as football under a number of other managers in the 70's and 80's. Get a grip a season in the loadsofmoneyleague is 38 games we have had 9 games so far, another 29 games to go with a massive 87 points all to play for. Try getting behind the team for a change and get off your bloody game systems playing fifa whatever version it is that does not give you the experience or knowhow on how to run or pick a team. Yes we have only one fit forward and having to play players out of position to cover suck it up sh@t happens. Grow up if you cant support us in the times when things are not going right then support us at all. We have always made things hard for ourself in the 48 years of watching this club nothing has come easy. We are in the loadsofmoneyleague on merit having not finished in the bottom three for the last four years and only further into the season will we know what and where we will finish for this season. This season is not over until the fat lady sings and at present I am not even sure she is humming a tune. Lets get back to what the fans do best and support our club through thick and thin. Make Selhurst a fortress again, it has been before and can be again. Sorry if post offends but a number of posts on these message boards also offend with so much squabbling between posters.

2000 at Bristol City and the amazing support v Chelsea says you are barking up the wrong tree. You should be giving the players a verbal kick up the arse not the fans. Also, when the years were crap in the 80's we didn't have two pennies to rub together. People have every right to feel angry/frustrated/incredulous.

Totally agree with your sentiments. However, to be fair, people are entitled to their opinion, whether you/me or anyone else agree or not. I have moaned this season more than ever and have criticised SP for the first time but I will still vocally support the team and hope for the best.

Sorry but who's the 1 fit forward? Sako isn't. But I agree the support has to be there and will be. See the fans letting the team down thread. It always starts off well before the crumble and it will v West Ham. Jordan got a lot of criticisms right this summer for a change but what he also got right was we need to be supporters and not just fans. I see too many mute fans who are either p1ssed with it or are okay with it but if they question those genuinely concerned then they should ask if they give all they can. I moan here but give all I can until the game's been fvcked again. Does everyone honestly support as much as they preach?

There is a direct correlation between the crap posts on here and the crap on the pitch.
Winning isn't everything. Without the defeats we would not value the victories. Still, it's a shame we can't play Chelsea every week. |

S**t post this one. If you don't want to read s**t posts on a football forum,(especially a team who are bottom of the league) you shouldn't really be on here.

I always have a bit of a laugh to myself at the negative type posters and try and imagine them at their kids sports day where there kids are rubbish at athletics, are they yelling abuse at their kids and booing away and then they get home and post some more abuse on Facebook just to make sure their kids are in no doubt they are rubbish and next sports day they will have to try much harder and possibly win something. I suppose the kids don't earn 100 K a week though so rock on

To top it off we finished the transfer window with one striker. We now can't and have only scored 1 goal ourselves this season in 9 games and add the 4 or 5 at the end of last season. Yeah you've nailed it. A multi million pound prem football club. Completely like sports day. You rock on and skip down the road in your positivity when we get humiliated some more.
