What no RLC???? He should be the first name on the team sheet, he needs minutes! Otherwise I think that lineup looks good enough.

Souare will not play as he started today for the U23s. Bit odd. By the way, I'm sure it will be appreciated if someone else could make the match thread - I'm off learning to make cocktails.

I'd agree not to play the West Ham starters. Although RLC might be worth 45mins. Would actually start some of the development squad with a look to the future rather than the past. Hennessey Fosu Mensah, Michael Phillips, Tomkins, Souare Dreher, RLC, Riedewald Wan-Bissaka, Ladapo, Kaikai Would look at Bissaka and Kaikai on the wings with Ladapo in the center. Phillips in defence with the experience of Mensah, Tomkins and Souare shouldn't be to risky. And Dreher or one of the other development midfielders along side RLC and Riedewald. Understand Wan-Bissaka played wing back during the summer but I think he also plays further up in a Wilf type roll, apologies if I'm wrong on that. Anyway don't see much point us playing Kelly as he's fourth choice behind Tomkins and we know what he can do. Likewise Punch, Lee and Sako. Not saying they all haven't got a role to play at some point coming off the bench but personally I'd love to see the manager getting to know our younger players in a proper competitive match. Hopefully I haven't picked anyone who's out on loan!?

I would also only play Loftus-Cheek for the first half. Would have liked to see Soure play but he played for the under 23s today and came off after about an hour so I doubt it. Would also like to see some youngsters too but the likes of Lokilo, Phillips, Wan-Bissaka and Lumeka all also played today so probably won't play tomorrow either
