What happened to the striker search?

All gone very quiet on the free agent front. It beginning to look like we are going to try and ride the situation out until Benteke is fit again. Anybody heard anything to give us a bit of hope.

Wilf being back eases the situation somewhat. There'a still goals in the team with him around as he can score as well as open up play.

You'd like to think we've already been lining up targets to come straight in in January, but we all know how things work around here

I don't think it will, with no striker to lead the front line, teams are going to double up on wilf easier as there is no danger infront of him. Who is he going to be providing? It's going to be the Wilf show trying to drag us out on his own and if he manages it he'll be gone for absolute silly money.
