Why?

We flew to Madeira with them in August and couldn't find anything to complain about at all. The prices were competitive and at decent times of the day. Both outward and return flights were on time and the stewards were pleasant.

By a stroke of luck I have already booked flights for my next three jollies and none of them are with Monarch

My wife and I have flown Monarch on a few occasions over the years and have had NO complaints whatsoever. I feel for all the staff who are now out of employment.Very difficult time for them.

Only their package holidays are covered by ATOL so having to claim a refund through Tesco credit card - that was a last minute decision as usually use Debit Cards only. Only their package holidays are covered by ATOL so having to claim a refund through Tesco credit card - that was a last minute decision as usually use Debit Cards only.
