I think the physiotherapist might. Last I heard he was supposed to be back in business in January 2018 but with an injury that bad, as in the case of Souare, it's not even clear that he'll be able to play at this level again. the anterior cruciate ligament does seem to be the curse of modern football.

Connor is the slowest healer in football. He wont be busting a gut like Wilf is to get back on the pitch. Admittedly this injury was a bad one but he will get full purchase on it. It wouldnt surprise me if hes out all season.

He had missed about 4 games before he joined us. We didn't buy an injury prone player.

His injury is very similar to Bolasie's & they got them about a week apart. Last time I saw anything about either it said January 2018. Ings had similar, tried to come back too soon & ended up losing nearly two years of his career. It's not that long ago a cruciate injury was likely to end a career but better treatment and rehab, albeit lengthy, seem to get most playing again.
Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five! |

Those rumours about Jack Wilshere being Hodgson's top target in January... Another injury prone player. At least Wickham will have someone to keep him company.
