Ligament damage, but only minor. Misses the Utd trip - sounds like he could well be back for Chelsea.

Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

I'm available and used to play centre-forward for my school team and I couldn't statistically do any worse if picked for the next six games. Plus, the club will save nearly £750,000 in wages. PM me Roy.

Benteke's legs have probably seized up due to lack of use.
We have now sunk to a depth at which the restatement of the obvious is the first duty of intelligent men. [Orwell] |

Won't make any difference to the number of goals he'll score, I'd have suggested dropping this passenger for someone who's prepared to work even if he had less ability anyway. Unfortunately, this way it won't give this player the kick up the arse he so sorely needs.

I don't think it matters if it's serious or not. He, amongst other players, clearly don't want to play for us anymore. They just want to pick up their fat pay cheques every week. Dump them in the transfer window, prepare for the championship next year. We will be as good as relegated by the January window. We cocked up big time in the transfer window and now we must pay the cost.
