These games are soul destroying to watch, but honestly part of me understands this might be necessary to show Parish that he cannot do whatever he wants, and get away with it every time. Time to learn some hard lessons.
Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha. |

Parish's face after the game was a picture of misery.

The writing has been on the wall for quite sometime and if this is in fact a final lesson that gets learnt, it's one that's likely come too late.

After all his ranting last Sunday about unity and sticking together and his pre start to the season "The Dutch revolution continues" then to sack the guy after 4 games. I think he owes us supporters as a minimum a statement letting us know exactly what the hell is going on behind the scenes at the club, We all go week in week out to support our club and deserve more than this silent treatment

If we do manage to scrape survival again, do you really think he'll have learned anything? As soon as we start doing well, he'll pop up on Talksport talking about how great he is.

No direction infact going backwards . If Parish and the board cannot afford to run the club then sell it to someone else or a consortium that can , I feel this may even be to late now as I feel the trap door is wide open now .

I do feel a tad sorry for Parish, as he appeared to morph into the sole spokesperson for CPFC2010, and now influenced by new investors , he is still the only head above the parapet. Palace have had a stunning run of luck since CPFC2010 they took over. Seemingly every potential pit-fall has been swerved by the brilliance of The Board, for which Parish was happy to take public acclaim. However, recent events have rather blown-up in The Board's faces. Parish taking to Twitter in a rather unprofessional way. You take your fans for granted, at your peril. This season is looking dead-and-buried after only a few games. Who's going to watch Cardiff, or Sunderland on a Wet Wednesday night at Selhurst next season ? Parish isn't stupid. He'll learn, and hopefully get better. I'm glad it's his cash he's gambling with, and not mine.
I disengage, I turn the page. |

f*** me whats happened to our supposedly great support. I didn't realise this club had a divine right to stay in the premiership. Steves lead us to a miracle position in my opinion, our 4th (or maybe 5th?) season in the top flight with players like Zaha, Benteke, Sakho etc in our squad. Yes he's made mistakes, yes its irritating but even if we do go down ( I think we will) he still has my backing as he's done a remarkable job. All my life we've been a pretty s*** club in south london with 13k crowds. I don't get this we are too big of a club to go down mentality, we've been punchign above our weight for awhile now.

I hope Parish can learn from this but I'm worried his ego is to big to actually learn. His obsession with the passing game and thinking we are a big club has got us here. This may very well be the year we go down and nothing will have been learnt
The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years |

Fully agree with Dodger Lane.Parish is needed for 3 months of the year, transfer time, not time to go on holiday Karoke time. The time to buy players is at the beginning of the transfer market not at the end as he always does, can't believe he thinks the friendly matches we play are for finding where our shortfalls are, surely that is when we are playing in the premier league and not friendlys against lesser teams, that is when you bed in your new players ask Chelsea,Man utd
