Have we got Worse Scouting network in the prem ?

We've been in this league for 5 seasons, unless the player plays in England or played in England previously like Cabaye. Our scouts are absolutely clueless. Since promotion we bought in campana and Luka from foreign clubs. Campana didn't settle and was the wrong player for us. As much as I love Sakho back, your telling me that there wasn't a adequate cb for a fraction of the price. Similar in January spending 28m on 2 left backs. Why are our scouting network so bad. Interested to hear other thoughts on our scouting system and network?

It wasn't that much.I believe it was £19 Mill rising to about £26 Mill with add-ons but I get your drift.Yes we needed strengthening at left-back but the sum seems quite excessive when one considers their respective qualities.

On sakho yes there are probably cheaper options but the impact he made on the pitch plus the fact he gets on with everyone and they all wanted him back makes it worth it. We could of gone for wimmer but there's nothing to say he wouldn't settle and cause unrest in the squad. He could of been a great addition but we've paid more because we know what we are getting

We seem to rely on the manager contacts rather than supplying them options.

The first 2 years, you can forgive how poor the scouting is, but come on 5 years in the division. We should be better. Yes I like mamadou and happy his back. Throughout the last 3 years, we seen nothing of quality brought in from a foreign side barring Luka. If you rate our scouting network, I'd like to know why.

I think niasse would be a reasonable signing but how can the likes of Watford and wba get players like krychwioak and Richarlson and our scouting rely on players on England only. If your happy with our scouting please enlighten us why.

Maybe we can forgive Holloway trolley dash the first season but come on 5 years in the prem only Luka to show from it. We wonder why we have a low budget.
