There couldn't have been many watching the Asian cup who purred at the skill shown by Wilf and then recoiled at the kind of marking and tackles he was subjected to. these were only 'friendly'matches but gives us a preview of next season. There is a very good chance Wilf will be injured and perhaps very badly.

It was a complete disgrace. He must be the most fouled player in the league. But what a joy it is to watch wilf, for me he's the best player in the clubs history. I remember watching his debut , I knew he would be a star then.

That's the reality with top players - they suffer lots bad tackles. Zaha has a reputation as a diver he needs to keep his feet and curb his temper then he will be truly a top player.

To be fair, he's suffered a lot of bad challenges in 2, so called, friendly matches and kept his head most of the time. We would have seen at least 1 red in the WBA had in been in the prem. Granted he used to go down too easily but the last 12 months have seen him progress leaps and bounds, Hazard goes down all the time too but 9/10 times gets the decision and he's not classed as a diver. As for WBA's Yacob, he doesn't duck out of a challenge and is no stranger to yellow cards.A sort of player that a supporter likes when he is in his team but hates him when he is playing for the opposition.
