I've been thinking how our last few signings have been taller / bigger players.

Schlupp
PVA
Milivo
Loftus Cheek (hopefully to sign)

Add in:
Wilf
Benteke

That's six players that must all be over six foot and pretty well built. Plus none of them are slow.

Anyway just something I hadn't thought about before. Imagine it's only a good thing.

Schlupp is relatively small, about 5'9, PVA can't be much taller. Wilf is just under 6'0. I think we need the option of someone a bit taller and physical in midfield, Loftus-Cheek seems to fit the profile.

Schlupp is 5'10" as is v Aanholt and Zaha is 5'11" so it's sort of 50/50 really.

5'10" is the average height for men in Britain. Are you sure you're not getting "tiny" confused with the size of your willie at 5.1 cm?

Doesn't matter, unless they can use the height.

Zaha's ability to head the ball is almost zero.

PVA is very slight in build. Schlup is more built.

What's the actual point of this thread. Are we measuring them for suits, does it really matter if their 6ft 4 or 5ft 6.

Full backs and wide players are generally slighter/shorter. Through the spine you need physicality.

Stating the obvious but that's the way we're going.
