He's not good enough at this premier league level. In his Palace career he's had 55 games and yet to score a single goal. He's not gonna become a premier league number 10 because of de Boer arrival. No one knows his best position. It's better for his career to move on for all parties.

Andy Johnson Magic, He wears a Magic Hat
When he Sees the match ball, he says he having that
He scores one with left foot, he scores one with his right
And When his playing Brighton, He scores all f***ING Night!

I'll be very surprised if he forces his way into the first team.
He would need a real resurgence of form to do so and I really cannot see this happening. Not PL material for me I'm afraid.

You take away his Palace academy background. Your got an injury prone player. Who even when we was in the championship didn't score the easiest chance ever against Brighton. I appreciate he's a nice kid but take away the sentiment and we should of moved him on a year ago. He's premier league contribution is no more than Jordan mutch.

I understand your sentiments.

I really cannot see him in FDB's plans.

Probably only offered him a new contract to benefit our club when he is sold.

We have never had a manager that likes to play football as his natural method. The closest we ever got was Pardews disasterous spell when he tried it. It will be interesting to see how he and others who haven't been good enough like Lee fare in preseason. Frank will run the rule over him and ultimately make a decision free of any sentiment. I hope it works out for him though.

Do you really think he set the championship alight , in the year we were promoted. He couldn't even get in the side , with garvan and dobbie ahead of him. Time to cut the umbilical cord if you ask me.

Jonny Williams is our equivalent of The Arses Jack Wiltshire. Both are too injury prone to succeed at the top level. Shame because they are both good footballers.

I believe that Wilshere is a vastly more talented footballer than Williams but there might be some on here who disagree.

Wilshere has made over 100 apps for Arsenal at PL level and has far more PL experience than Williams.Williams is not in his league in my humble estimation.

I agree. Willo is also talking sense.
