I think we might have to go for a contract renewal in 18 months, to stave off interest from some so-called 'bigger club', but after another two and a half years we won't be able to compete with a really big club to retain his services, so I'm going for a very optimistic four years (Summer 2021).

I'm going to go for a double here and twin this with a prediction that nothing will have been progressed with respect to major building work, at SP, by the time he leaves.
