Something else May got wrong.

I imagine the usual suspects will be frothing.

◾The men and their lawyers would face difficulties in giving and receiving instructions before and during an appeal hearing

◾A factor in an effective appeal is the ability of the applicant to give live evidence on their family ties in the UK and whether they are a reformed character

◾Evidence via video link may suffice but the financial and logistical barriers to giving evidence that way from abroad are insurmountable

Which is to say, deportation would undermine the fairness of their appeal hearing.

So change the law.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Absolutely, lets make our own laws.

Yes let's have our "own" laws.

While we are doing it shall we let other citizens have their own laws?

Human rights have to apply to everyone of course but there is a critical point where emergency measures have to be considered.
When we have a terrorist attack, it seems like the time and then everyone backs off that position until the next one.

Damn right I'm angry. I actually care about reducing the threats from extremists with nail bombs, trucks and knives.

Fcuk the jumped up lawyers.

Change the fcuking laws.
