Would make sense if we're going to get little return on Mandanda and can sign him on a free. Saves more money for other targets. Would he be automatic first choice? Brighton fans love him and Chelsea were also interested. That alone makes him sound decent? Also found this out: "Stockdale registered 20 clean sheets this season, more than any other goalkeeper in the top four English divisions. I think it's safe to assume that the two deals probably suggest that we are not in for Ryan. Unless you have access to information I don't?

Wouldn't see him as much of an improvement on Hennessey. No PL experience and well into his career. Had one good season at Championship level.
