This is a strange one but on my way to a weeks holiday in the new forest traveling from Hastings I unfortunately have to go past the Amex Stadium and as I go past I find myself shouting abuse at the stadium as I go past, which was heard by my daughter (who comes with me to Selhurst Park and is a palace supporter) I then explain that we just went by "their stadium" and she joins in with "going down, going down, going down" which is not bad for a 9 year old!
So I wondered if anyone else when going by our rivals grounds shouts anything out or has memories that make them smile?

I laugh to myself whenever I drive along the A206 between Woolwich and the Westcombe Park flyover.

Well I think Simon's head is large; always involved in espionage. (Name that tune)

Shouting stuff at The New Den as you go past might get you cut by the time you get to New Cross Gate or London Bridge. (Would do with The Old Den that did give that bit of chill factor knowing what went on or got thrown from those grassy knolls.

Either that or have office workers look down their nose at you, Brighton strokers whisper that you're Palace scvm, or just give you a wide berth and plenty of room. Not a bad idea actually.

Local ethnic minority &rsenal 'fans' might laugh and agree.

I don't have to go past the 'Amex' on many occasions but when I do I don't even 'Dignify' it by looking at the monstrosity.

Went past the Brighton training ground on the train and my daughter uttered the words "Dont look to your left Dad".

As I understand it you are not a man to look to the Left Willo.

I had to give a talk at the Andrex once. I actually got complaints (not to my face of course but sneakily told to my boss who asked me to change my intro because of them) because I started my talk with " now I know it's the norm here to get up and leave at least ten minutes before the end but can I ask that everyone stays until I've finished please?".

Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry.

Luckily you didn't go for Plan B
"I know it's the norm here to get pulled off at half time"

Wait a minute, is that gentleman from the BBC still lurking on here looking for homophobes? The last thing I need is some bloke coming round and smashing my back doors in....

You fed me, you bred me, I'll remember your name.
