Hopefully the statement revealing Allardyce's decision to retire from management for the forseeable future might quell some unrest. Where does this statement leave the backroom staff ? Surely we need a decent song for Andros now. He is one of the hardest working players and showed just how much he works again today. Feel like the Palace faithful have resisted really adopting him as one of ours. Surely now it's time?
