No-one else remotely near being worthy of a nomination. Sakho has indeed contributed more in 8 games than many have all season.

If we are relegated there should be no post season awards and infact there is really nothing to actually celebrate this year after such an awful season having spent so much money! Zaha is the standout winner the rest have only turned up for about 6-8 weeks of the season.

Should of just be a 3 man shortlist of Benteke, zaha and either Sakho or cabaye

I think Sakho is a good inclusion. He won't win, but it shows how highly the club think of him and may convince him to join us permanently. At least we can hope! Wilf is the stand out winner for me, no one else comes close.

Shocking that Puncheon gets nominated. 6th most fouls committed in the PL, no goals, hardly an assist, lets opposition players run, gives away free-kicks on the edge of the box repeatedly. Other than that, great! If we stay up, then Sakho for me.

Sakho has saved our asses from relegation (probably) almost single-handedly and daft as it may seem because he has been our most important player is a worthy recipient. He won't get it but should.
