We all know that, whatever the Geordies and Cockneys have done, the FA/PL will take no action whatsoever; that only happens to the likes of Swindon Town.

Sam or Bilic were managers when French signings were made. But if their signatures aren't on contracts or paperwork I presume they're clean.
