Forget the election, trident, burqa bans and indyref2, the real issue of the day is the nationwide hummus shortage: The government must sort this out now.

What are all the vans at footie matches going to serve now. Hope they don't switch to cardboard burgers, rubber sausages and slimy onions.

There is very little that compares to the taste of freshly made hummus on toasted pitta bread. This is a national emergen.... no wait, its p*ss easy to make your own.

I thought I supported a South London football team that was also supported by people mostly from Thornton Heath, Selhurst, Norwood, New Addington, Croydon.... And I come on here to find you lot discussing Hummus. I don't think we can truly sing "We're pride of South London" any more, it needs to be changed to "We're pride of Surrey".

I am partial to 'Hummus' and my dear wife buys it for me from time to time. Someone I know was in Kuala Lumpur recently and amongst the fayre on offer for breakfast at a top-rated hotel was Hummus.
