Please keep bumping this up to the top as all Holmesdale.net readers should read what another clubs supporter thinks about the mighty Palace. It's not just us that thinks we are now onto something. We don't have our minds misjudged because we support Palace!!!

I think a lot of this is best practice stuff that all clubs at this level will be doing, but it is an interesting read for all that. And it's also clear that the previous mupp... er, manager was taking short cuts around a good many of these points.
